I would be surprised if AG hasn't already looking into finding another developer and site, if you could find a developer and site you could just use the stadium plans from NM and tweak them to meet the needs of the new site. AG could easily finance the a new stadium, a successful business man like him will have a good credit rating and a wealth of investments to borrow against. Lets face it some of the WYW plants won't be much short with machinery included.

In all fairness I think that AG would have been thinking along these lines from the first second he bought the club, apart from BV being far from part of the WT deal any new owner would want to "put his own stamp" on the club. And that IMO couldn't be done at BV without 3 new modern stands- which would require the need to buy Superbowl and would kill any sunlight hitting the houses around. Just not possible.
