If POR erects temporary stands which enables us to stay in SL, that's fine, otherwise there is no need to go there - may as well be at BV if it's in the Championship.

As previously mentioned Wakefield FC must vacant College Grove at the end of this season so there is a possible link up with them if it's a new build rather than a redevelopment

Indeed Plan B is a newbuild stadium on land that he can't see anyone objecting to which is about the same distance away as Newmarket? Interesting times...

Where would they fit temp stands though? I suppose there is space in front of the Benidorm boxes. Would they be looking at knocking down the other boxes and building there? You could put some in the paddock in front of the stand, but you'd have to raise the level of the steps as they're below pitch level and that would reduce the capacity.
