To be fair to McCarthy, yes some are ill advised, but he is the only one who looks like getting an offload away! Take him out and it is definately 5 drives and a chip to the full back.

Korky never plays well against his old club but the experience of higgins and hickey should do the forwards fine

Not sure why Wildie isn't in there but i suppose having Wildie and Moore at halfback would be a bit of a risk and also Rinaldi has to come back in at hooker and Davey was our best player last week so i suppose the only option is to leave Wildie out.

Moore's a big gamble, but you guys know best.

No more of a gamble than playing Jeremy Smith early season against Salford with no math practice under his belt.

And look how that worked out, i doubt many have seen Moore play but the RLFANS coaching team know best.

Your missing the point. The messiah that is JK saw fit to risk Smith with no match practice - Moore has had over a month in a full time environment and has what the team desperately needs - a kicking game. If his defence is a bit suspect then I can live with that, as apart from the odd game including last Sunday, we have plenty of people in the team who can defend.

People go on about his defence not being up to scratch but there are many halves in Super League whose defence isn't up to scratch and the seem to get on ok.

Also Jamie Rooney did well for us for a few seasons and was one of the main reasons why we stayed up in 2006 but he was poor in defence.

Korki are you crazy ??? Glad to see Vievers not in the squad way off sl standard. Hickey and moore got to be in squad. Hickey only as to play 30minutes no point keeping him out of the squad. Bet the lad is chomping at the bit. As for Moore hope he as beeen getting used to our plays and we have to play him. I can't take anymore crap kicks !!!

Why ? he was a top performer at a level much higher than under 20's
