maybe im being cynical but im a little curious as to why someone joins a forum just to be negative from the start. i would try to explain my self a little more in depth but at this moment in time im sick to the back teeth of people just slating players who put 100% into the club whilst so call heroes and top earners do nothing but drag our club through the gutter.

The problem for Grix as I see it is that since coming back from injury, is that he has had to get a game wherever he can because of other players' coming back into the team. He is obviously suffering from a loss of confidence and imo the wing is not the place to try and play yourself back in and maybe he is trying a bit too hard and by making mistakes' he is just compounding his problem. Maybe a couple of games in the reserves' might do him the world of good.

I feel sorry for Grix, he was one of our best performing players before he got injured and since then, as everyone has mentioned, he's struggled to get a game in a poistion he feels comfortable in.

He's clearly not a winger, but you can never doubt his commitment to the cause. He always gives 100%, and never backs away!

I'd be tempted to maybe give him a couple of academy games to get some form back then when he's got his confidence back slowly bring him back into the first team.

He's clearly a class player, we've saw that in the world cup/start of the season. I think he just needs to be moved away from the wing!

In terms of Winterstein, i don't think we've seen the best of him yet...but i expect him to get better. He's a big unit and i think once hegets to full fitness and in tuen with the rest of the team he could be a good addition!

Keep em both - they'll both come good.

i think grix will get better, although i think he inst too good on the wing. And for frankie, think he will do better as the season progresses.

Although it may seem unfair at times on new posters, we have had problems before with banned members logging in under different names, we are wary at times because of this, and besides if they can't take a knockback they won't last long anyway
