I dont think either team got to show what they could do today in all honesty, our backs never got going today, the ref was bad and missed loads for both teams, i think the fact that he called a forward pass in the last minute rather than say the 68th has touched a few emotions with wakey fans which is understandable.

I haven't seen it yet on full time, but I suppose there is an argument that as much as I felt cheated, a team shouldn't lose from a blatant forward pass.

I don't think Huddersfield won the game today. I thought we lost it. We were spilling the ball and not completing sets, and I blame us, not the ref. Having said that, Huddersfield didn't look like a title-winning side. Most seasons start with an unexpected side bursting ahead. I think we even did it one year. They never last though. They may finish higher than us, but they won't finish in the top 4, and maybe not even the top 6.

Was 100 yards away so don't know if the pass to Smith was forward or not but the pass for McGillvary's last try was well forward but you lose some and you lose some. However trying to be positive we were the best side over the 80 minutes, something that Paul Anderson acknowledges and its a long season. Keep playing like we are and we won't be far off at the end of the season.

Looking forward to Pergignan next week and I think we'll beat them.

Cheated? Get a grip! Silverwood finally decided to pull one of your forward passes that Joe Mantanna would have been proud of in his day. We didn't really get out of 1st gear today which is probably due to our tough game last week yet it was still good enough to beat your best. To be fair your performance would probably have beaten a mid table team but not quite good enough for us big boys.

And the Huddersfield delusions continue. I hope one day we achieve the level of the big boys such as Huddersfield.
