Could be a Photoshop job. After years of experience using Photoshop and seeing how much the software has developed its user friendliness, combined with the numerous pirate copies floating about on the internet, I can say it's very easy these days for the layman to cobble a couple of images together convincingly. It's no longer a 'voodoo art'.'"
I use photoshop on a professional level, and i'm almost certain it's real. If it is fake, someone has put some effort in for supposed practical joke. Sorry Danny  |

Snapchat reverses the picture, so left becomes right. He will have taken the picture with his right hand overlooking his right shoulder, snapchat will have reversed it so it looks like everything was taken from the left. |
