I once stood in the North Terrace and listened to someone who rated Ronnie Troutman. The more he praised and told folk how Ronnie was going to save the day the more blunders occurred and the more Trinity unravelled. |

Hickey, the ultimate Coach killer. Just goes to show that even someone as experienced as JK can fall for it. Didn’t matter how obvious his failings were Kear persisted, desperate to be proved right and those wretched fans wrong.
I honestly believe Hickey single handedly took the shine off what would have been legend status for Kear at Trinity. I worry that CC has the same blind spot for Brough, though by comparison Broughy is a god.
Hickey easily, at least the others had excuses and in most cases at least tried. |
