Can not think of any occasion when Rocky s let the team down.
He's probably played more positions for the club than any other player on the books at present. I would like to see him holding down a regular position on a regular basis, but his adaptability will probably prove too valuable to the club at the moment.

Don't think he's ever had the luxury of playing 1 position all season at any club he's been at, always moved to cover for injuries. I too woould like to see him at just 1 position as I think this would help improve and develop him more.

Think Rocky was the reason why we got some ball against Hull Is kicking near the Hull line was first class forcing 5 or more drop outs .Think it shows he is too good to be left out of the team

For me that is exactly his problem and why he has become a bit of a ‘jack of all trades, master of none’. He doesn’t let us down wherever he plays but never truly excels either as he never gets chance to nail it. It is likely to remain that way here as well with Jowitt now first choice fullback and Miller & Lino the halfbacks. If i were him for the sake of his career if i got the chance to get a regular spot at another superleague club i’d probably take it. Thats up to him to decide though.

Give him a crack at 9 what we got to lose .He as played in halfs so no problem passing ball Quick of the mark so can go at defence.good kicking game .no fans get on about defence but think the plus outweigh the minus

Also, I feel that their owner won't allow things to stagnate like we have, and has more cash to make squad improvements when needed

Where’s he getting those players from though? They need at least 4 or 5 to be competitive and only one quota space left and from mid-season the amount of games per week increases (there’s 3 lots of fri/mon easter style fixture i believe), plus theres the internationals alongside club games so clubs aren’t going to be releasing players. Leigh will go down by some distance.

I have seen that a record number of players are off contract at the end of the season both at home and Aus.
CLubs may well look at obtaining out of contract players early on loan, or try to make a permanent deal early.
Leigh will throw big money at transfers while we will not.

I think this would depend on what deal the SL have just signed with Sky Sports for the next two years. The fact the figure hasn't been announced (unless I have missed it somewhere) would suggest its less then what we currently receive.

Taken from love Rl

The new deal is thought to be worth around £25m a year, compared to £40m a year at present.

After the 12 Super League clubs take their share, it could leave little for the RFL, which gave up the right to conduct the broadcast negotiations when Super League clubs broke away from the governing body in 2018, and the clubs in the second and third tiers of the professional pyramid.

However, the RFL can now negotiate its own deal and also has its own streaming service, which has proved to be a boon for behind-closed-doors fixtures.

Also, as part of the new deal, Sky have agreed to make some of this season’s fixtures available via free-to-air Sky platforms in an effort to increase audiences.
