Probably the wrong thread for this, but Toulouse away to Giants next Friday, I guess Giants will rest a few before CCcup final the week after. We are away to Leeds, and I can’t see Leeds playing as badly as today’s loss v Salford, so it’s looking likely Trinity and Toulouse will both be on 6 points next weekend.

Same old same old ,just can’t get up for a game when needed , said it before a ball was kicked going on past games where you’d expect us to win and the lads can’t or won’t get fired up . It’s a wakefield phenomenon I’m afraid . Not seen it but I’ve a very good idea that half the team were trying and the others looked like they were on a training ground ,because that’s how we roll . If there is light at the end of the tunnel, leeds were garbage as well and as I said we’ll probably go over n turn them over . That’s how it is and how it’s been for a very long time , no wonder we can’t build on our meagre fan base .

Utter garbage again. Confidence drained once i saw TJ was missing. Leeds next week is now huge, somehow we need to get a win. Confidence of that happening though is low.

This is now our 4th season I think possibly more of performances that make you ashamed of being a Wakefield supporter. I know we have two or three games where things look good but that doesn’t compensate for the garbage we produce in the majority of games. We have changed the coach, signed different players but nothing changes other than the shirts supporters buy each season. We even play the same way with an inability to score.
I don’t know the answer because we have painted ourselves into a corner and I cannot see anyway out but relegation. We will finally have our new redeveloped ground but very few in it. I don’t know if we have pushed the do things on the cheap scenario once too often hoping that Toulouse will do us a favour by being rubbish whilst we save money and survive.
I bet not many of us thought that when we went down towards the end that we would win, my guess none.
What we do from here is up to those that run the club but inaction is no longer an option and signing more shirt fillers is not the answer.

Woke up at 6 am to watch twitter feed and will say it spoilt the day ahead.i hate been pessimistic but just dont see where we are are staying up.i read on other thread about tom going now hopefullybits true the lad doesnt play and it will hopefully free money up to try bring somone in

If Chester had not given out over the top contracts out to players who were over the hill when they signed for us over the last 3 plus years .We would not be were we are .Does not matter how good a coaches is ,if he is working with 30 + year players most off who could not do it when they were in there Prime in S L (That's why most went to the Champions) How can they do it now.Cheste's signing over the last 3 year have been a disgrace for any S L team .You may get one year were you get it wrong but to get it wrong for 3 year (most with stupid long contracts ) and then say it is the fault of the new coach who as been left with the garbage of some one else doings is way out of order

If your ashamed of being a Wakefield supporter then surely this is not the board for you, also if you do not have the answer then would it not be prudent to keep quiet until you've calmed down instead of feeling sorry for yourself and whinging constantly, it doesn't help.

I may not know the answers but I can hazard a guess at the outcome if we carry on as we are.

I personally feel we need a clearout and a recruitment of players who want to play for Trinity. Sorry but I don't see that at the moment.
I'll take nothing away fro Toulouse, seems they wanted is more than us - but I'm sick to the back teeth of us fighting for survival - sometimes it makes you think, what the hell let's just go to a level we probably deserve -the championship.
