What I do like is how no one has a clue these days who the players are till they are announced. Back in Teds day we all knew weeks before announcements were made.

Don't afto.to judge a player by how many super league clubs are queuing up for them ,you judge on what you see and what you can do with em, I was around when the last great trinity side played apart from maybe half a dozen they were Wakefield lads ,laugh and say I'm old fashioned but Wigan have done it through history,pride in their town and club means a lot and wasn't it only 2 or 3 yes ago we beat a Wigan side containing a few of their present first team squad in a national final,and I'll wager the player daddy cool is talking about is not a Wakefield lad

He's not. Again let's not sign him then. I'll sign Jane McDonald if my coach and CEO say she'll do a job for us and it fits our budget. And that is the only 2 criteria required.
