Going on Friday ,was thinking about booking a trip to Scotland for 5 days ,but changed mind because of Wires game at home .As far as backing the club , I am in a very lucky position that I have been invited into hospitality a few times this season. But next season all being well I am paying to go into the hospitality for the season .So do not make out I am not positive or backing the club .Like a few on here stand back and look at the bigger picture .3 wins to me does not make up for a 15 match losing start to the season'"
We’ve just brought a 34 year old back to the club to rally the troops ,a master stroke and who would argue if he decided to turn the clock back and stay another season ? By which time he will be 35 . James Roby 37 ,LMS 37 ,Liam Farrell 33 need I go on . As I’ve said many a time it’s not the size of their age but the size of their heart that determines a players worth,

33 year old. He will be 34 May next year.
Physically he looks in great shape and strong so no issue with this.

| Quote: Trojan Horse "Next year we have Pitts and Kalepi signed up for second row. Kalepi isn’t that old tbf. Griffin would be good till end of this season. Would give him the chance to put himself in shop window although the way Pitts and Ashurst are playing these past few games I wouldn’t drop either of them.
Guess we will see how this pans out. Who ever plays though I’ll back them.'"
And how many games has Kelepi played for us recently, more time on the physio bench than on the pitch ,. Do we seriously think we need one player for every position or do we have players fighting for their position . I’ll stick my neck out and say Griffing is the best player in his position at the club at present whether that be centre or second row ..lynne looks like his gearbox is stuck in permanent slow gear , Ashurt looks like he needs a break to me whilst young Crofts isn’t the finished product yet and has a fair way to go imo

Worth noting Lyne and Ashurst have been looking much improved and playing well last couple of games.
Croft is only 22 but he’s been going well since his return. He’s definitely one for the future though and I hope we arrange a deal for him for next season.

| Some real negativity here. Griffin has been immense for hull this year. He takes his health & recovery very seriously so should do job for 2 seasons but the reality is you’ve signed him for the last 4-5 games this year.
He made a silly mistake and it’s cost him his career at hull but it definitely won’t happen again. He’ll eat up metres for you, get you up the pitch and break plenty of tackles.
I’d have kept him at hull for next year and he will have a massive bearing on if you stay up this season.
This is the first time I’ve actually thought you’ll be a super league side next year

| Deluded if you don't see this as good for us. Definite improvement on what we have IMO, even if you disagree with that, he clearly adds quality depth and competition to the squad.

| I hope he stays away from training at the club or we may not see him play again this season. It’s getting pretty bad when the coach is also injured.

I think he'll be the best 2nd rower. But not centre in my opinion. His transition to 2nd row for Hull is cos he no longer has the attributes to be a top centre. No shame in this ala Kallum Watkins. As I say having watched him he's been good in that 2nd row position and hope he goes well for us.

| The bog question, will he improve your 17, on the basis of watching him for Hull.this season a few games watching you guys I think he will. Maybe two years is too long, but if he helps you stay in SL this year if is we'll worth the risk.

| Think he’s a good signing and will add some real size and strength to the second row at 6 foot and 17 stones. He’s also got something to prove and I think improves the squad further.

| A leg end and Scarlett Pimpernel, such a positive outlook. When nothing is being done to reverse our fortunes and mistakes you complain and then when the reverse happens, you still complain. When he scores the try that keeps us up, remember.

I think you need to look up sarcasm because it is something that exceeds your understanding. I suppose I should highlight when I am not being serious just to make it easier for you and prevents the need to make a post that makes you look stupid.
If think the least you can do is to provide a donation from your lottery wins if you know Griffin will score the winning try.
