I believe Michael carter has invested. He's had to dip in to his pocket that's for sure. Maybe not investment but has kept the club afloat.

I haven't seen him play outside world cup games so can't comment like some can but he clearly has some skills.
If he can make the team tick along, he doesn't have to have Brough's speed or Smith's pass. We are looking for a cog, not a jet engine.

This. But it might be up to sykes to perform that role and goulding to be do the fancy stuff. Wouldnt want finn and sykes together in the halves. We need a kicking game from somewhere because we are very poor in that department. Couldnt force a repeat set for toffee at times last season.

To be honest, I'm ok with Goulding too. As long as he wants to stay and fight for the cause I think it will be good for him and us.

Bobbie snr tweeted earlier that junior was training with our squad this week.

He showed promise in the games that he got. Could be a great opportunity to kick start his SL career.
