Away shirt looks great. Home shirt appears to have gone wrong somewhere between the concept and the reality. Makes little difference to me though as the crappy material RL shirts are made out of will mean I won't be buying one.

as I live a distance from wakefield i'm relying on you guys for info re the new shirt before i order one - so are the new sizes roughly equivalent to last years or are they tighter/looser and by how much? thanks

I bought a shirt on Saturday. I got the same size as last year. The only difference I found was that they were not as long in the body (last years were too long). As said before the bagge is embroidered this year. The quality seems a lot better than the last 2 years.

Is there a sale on with all the old gear?

I thought that too, the stripes are thicker and it looses a little bit of the appeal.

I still like the away one though and will probably pick one up before the start of the season.

Just called in at the shop at the Ridings and seen the shirts in the flesh so to speak for the first time.
As with last years I'm dissapointed.
What's gone wrong with the v on the home shirt?
In general they look cheep, which at £45 for sports merchandise maybe they are.
Personally I'd prefer something that looked smarter, made from better material, something that I would be proud to wear; and perhaps something like that I would be expected to pay a bit more.
I'll wait until the rest of this seasons stuff comes in and maybe by something else.

Some vests and shorts from fita were in at the top end, other than that just the shirts at the minute.
