I think we already have 4 really good centres anyway

| I’m tending to agree with Jose on this one the more I think about it.
Because this loophole applies to all clubs I suspect there are a lot of interested parties. I can see a fair few clubs with bigger drawing power than us being in the hunt.
If you wanted to up the anti as an agent, you’d pick the least desirable club as your Patsy. Tell the world Trinity are nearly there to add urgency whilst reminding everyone that he is non quota, it’s what I’d do.
Now I’ve said all that I fully expect the signing to be announced on Monday.

This may be true but, most clubs will have their squad sorted by now and the bigger boys, generally speaking, will feel that they have better players on their roster.
John Kear always said that, you cant have too many pivots in your squad.
Having said that, who knows, it's all conjecture at the moment.
Right now, I'll be happy to have some RL to watch, even if we cant yet be there in person.

I've watched it and enjoyed it. Have to say though the quality is dreadful even for VHS, I've copied VHS to digital in the past and although it's not pin sharp, it's a lot better than that. Is there a reason for this? Just interested, as I'd gladly explain how I did it.

Adam Hughes was class even in the higher tier of Super League.
Never forget the commentary from David Wandless when Hughes took the ball down the wing beating several defenders to score a try at Headingley. DW just shouted "Adam Hughes" over and over getting louder and louder.

| Quote: vastman "We did and at the start it didn’t seem all that special but Kelly kept adding as we went along. Shrewd as he was every signing saw a marked improvement. Casey was an inspired signing but Kenworthy to scrum half from wing was genius.
Some old stagers and local lads were also added who made a huge difference.
Goes to show that every season Is a fresh start and just how daft predicting can be.
At the start of that season I was expecting mid table, play offs at best. In fact in truth I saw us as a second tier club for many years to come.
I bet two years ago when MK left Salford their fans never expected their two best seasons in decades.
Casey was a quality signing but like kenworthy moving casey to 6 was an inspired move like could you imagine right now billy and reece been our starting halfbacks

Craig Rika became a police officer and believe it or not actually came onto my team for a few years before switching to the 'dark side' and joining CID, but he got fed up with that in 2016 and went back to the family business...

Not sure about the others.

| Bostock the winger we signed from Balmain was an enigma. He had complete confidence in his game and his ability to just run over the defence. I was at his first game which I think was Rochdale away in which if I remember correctly he scored five tries.
He was exciting to watch and unpredictable but good box office. I think he left us to go to Oldham but injured his knee in preseason training ending his career.
