Good signing for you. He's a great pro and will always give 100%. Think he was a top wage earner for us, and we need to free-up money to maybe bring in a couple of players. Would loved for him to stay but glad he's going to yourselves.

Now it's official, well done to the Club bringing in another quality player into the team. He'll certainly add some depth to the Props and will be pushing for that starting place, so everyone has to be at the top of their game to get in the 17.

Not exactly a shock. The only thing that surprises me is that given we have paid a fee it’s only a 12 month deal.

On the front of a fee, I sometimes think the players incumbent club highlight the fact that a fee has been paid to soften the blow for the clubs fans where as in hindsight the fee may only have been a few thousand pounds. The benefit to Salford is the fact that they can probably get 2 okay Superleague players for the price of CK`s salary - There squad is already quite thin going into next season so they need to start addressing that.

We're a little light on numbers and cover, and still wiping clean the wage bills that MK dished-out when he was able to support the club. Excellent signing. Showed up well against us every time I've seen him. Glad he will be playing for us and alongside George King we now have decent depth in the props and I personally think improvement on what we have had this season. In an ideal world I would cut 1 of the current back row and 1 prop to sign another prop and a half back now. But I would be very happy if the squad stays at it is now. Just need to renew my membership now...

Was quite sizeable from what I was told, as it needed to better his Hudds wage to get him originally. Regardless I'm chuffed for Craig. He has had a good career and his dad would be so proud of the player he has become.

When I stand on the terraces at BV and see the team we now have watched by 4k hardcore supporters ( absolutely pathetic!) I just wander how MC and his team do it. The pessimist may wander why he does it, but I would suggest he does it because he loves the club as much as we do.

We must have one of the biggest packs in SL now? Although totalling weights is probably a bit of a false positive, given that PP and Big Dave bring the average up by quite some margin.

I wonder how and why MC does it sometimes. For the love of the club and a hatred of WMDC leadership at a guess.
