I’ve seen worse through the years but I think 2016 - 2018 showed what’s possible. I’m happy to write 2019 off as that was pure bad luck. The last two and a half seasons though have been draining. It’s the occasional flourishes followed by the long dips, it just erodes away at you. After all this is meant to be fun!

I wouldn’t worry about it- we have looked awful since the Leeds game where we were lucky to get a point. It was only because Leeds were sure they’d finally got a win we managed to sneak those last two scores in the final three minutes. We rested 6 against saints so that loss to be expected but no excuse against wire - was by far our worst game of the season and playing against a wire side with 2 makeshift halves and a rookie FB. Cogger yellow carded twice inside 20 minutes, dropped ball galore and poor discipline.
It could be a pretty dire game on Thursday!
