I don't think we do tbh. Kear is a bit of a one off where we are concerned. He was bought in primarily to assist CC making the transition from rookie to experienced coach whilst I assume helping MC make RL related decisions.
Another year would have been nice but the role imho was always finite. Eventually both CC and MC would need Kears advise less and less.
Whatever the case I imagine both but especially CC have improved dramatically in their decision making.
I'd rather the money go on a player or say a top rate conditioner or sprint coach or somthing like that.
Also because we are two divisions up from the Bulls I see no reason why CC can't ring Kear for the occasional bit of advice. There is no conflict of interest at present and a good relationship would be beneficial to both clubs imho.
