Excellent response from the club and once again Carter look's like the only one in this debacle with any class.
WMDC and the gaggle of chancers have behaved and are still behaving quite appallingly.

If there is any justice, the whole lot of them should end up in the stock's at City Limits and passers by could then show them just what they think.

Good luck with the legal action, one thing about planning law is it is a complicated area with so many sections and sub-sections it blows even the experts minds. There is every chance either side could win or lose the case purely on a relatively minor technicality, no matter how solid their case looks. It is a pain to be honest and they usually drag on way longer than they should. I'll certainly be an interested spectator from afar.

Whats been bothering me with this poster is expert or not he hasn't got all the information.

I consider myself an expert in what I do, but if I'm not in the briefings or not directly involved in a project then generally I can't give an opinion.

Sacred Cow is guessing, may have some expertise to back it up but it's still a guess. It's like trying to work out an Agatha Christie on TV with the volume off.

The Trust and the Clubs BOD are the only people who know the facts and as such are the only ones who's opinions matter - trust in the trust.

Let's be fair we are all bring amateur experts in this.
No point calling someone out as we are all guilty one way or another.

Personally I'd say the statement is a good statement and was very much needed but it's not the legal case.
That could be won and lost on procedure or what was written down and provable. ... Not on what is right unfortunately.

Guess we are all speculating as no one has a definite view of the facts, certain that if you asked anyone of the three sides involved you d get a totally different view of the facts. That’s how most lawyers make a living - you give them your version of the facts - they say your case is strong , course further down the line they can then say - we’ll i wasn’t aware of this and that.

I can’t imagine that the board haven’t done this without having a case they think has a decent chance of success. Also don’t see given the circumstances what else they could do. Reality is we are talking 30 grand plus with the potential for a lot more in legal fees for each party if this were ever to go to court. Also it would take a long long time.

Real concern is it’s only 3 months to start of new season having taken the train from the brink of ceasing to exist we need to get behind the management team.

When they get the crowd funding page done I ll do my bit.

There isn't many on here know the full inns and outs.

One question though, we aren't a cash rich club, would Michael and Chris spend money on legal fees, which won't come cheap, if they felt that they had a valid case.
