I don't understand why people get so strung up about the word 'hate'.
These days it is a weak metaphor describing our reactions to fairly immaterial matters, e.g. 'I hate Marmite' (which I don't). The fact is that we 'love' to 'hate' both of these clubs, but their existence is our existence and the rivalry is what ignites us all inside.
On this game my view is that I regret that we are not where Cas are today; that we will be bombarded with pro-Cas media if they were to win, but, for the good of the game in general, I think it would be great to see a grade 'C' club get through to a major final and I think their fans would do the game proud with their colours at Wembley. That above another Wigan v Leeds final for me, but I won't be shedding tears if it goes the other way!
