Under the terms of their contracts they need to be paid. Sorry if my post was misleading but when I said everybody I meant Babylon staff admin staff etc not the players. |

of course adminitstration was the right decision but that alone will have long repercussions for the future of rugby league in wakefield regardless of what the new owners bring to the table.
the previous regime should hang their heads in shame.'"
No player has left the club unwillingly academy or Super league.
The repercussions in the short term are that people won't be reading in the local paper about the club being subject to yet another winding up order from HMRC so I reckon that might make young kids more likely to want to play at Wakefield. |

No they are under redundancy notice. He can either withdraw their redundancy, keep it as it is or give them gardening leave til redundancy notice has been served........ I think lol

If they have been made redundant they wont.
But, if it is as some people are making out, to be re-employed in the morning by new owners (which is not redundancy) then all staff would presumably have to be taken on under TUPE? |
