1 The club feel holding back the shirts is the best business.
2 You feel thats the wrong way to do it.
3 Because posters don't agree with you they are clearly deluded.
4 I feel you would moan no matter what ever they did.
Just my opinion.

| To be fair it's a bonus having 1 shirt available for Christmas. Wasn't that long ago that the shop was shut around Christmas time because they had no stock in.

proven economic fact.........people spend about ten times more on gifts at xmas that during the whole of the rest of the year!
so ill tell you what well do, avoid the rush,
and dont give me the waiting for sponsors line, the sponsors will not cover the lost revenue on the madness of the british xmas!

Maybe we'll get them in for January and sell them cheap in the sales!

| should imagine there is enough parents looking for xmas presents out there trying to get their kids their favorite clubs shirt so they can open it on the day,
so look at it as a busineess point of view you put out the away shirt for xmas them that get one fine them,
them that wait for the home ones will wait until after xmas, the chances are that their is always someone that will buy both and that will be after the away one has had its viewing thats how I see it,
if both are available less shirts would be sold over xmas in total as their would be a choice for some families and would just buy the one

Disagree. Think we've got it wrong on this one. If both are available then people have a choice of which one to pick, whereas now if you're thinking of buying a shirt for someone as a pressie but don't like the one thats in the shop you might think again, if both are available you may like the other and purchase it, obviously down to choice but if you're buying a car you look at all makes and models

Not in my house they don't.
Can't say about the "sponsors line" and i can see both sides of this but the club just can't win can they.

disagree here. 4 (2 kids) shirts at 1 go is too expensive with the other things they get for xmas. they will both pay for the home shirt out of their pocket money (£5 per week) which is 6 weeks money (if prices are the same as last year). they have used up a lot of savings buying xmas pressies for family so for us it is an incentive for them to save up.

| Can't really see a downside of having both shirts ready and on sale for Christmas it could only result in increased sales. However as I said earlier at least they have 1 shirt out so that is an improvement on previous years.

| So were not quite as useless as we used to be! But still fairly useless, just goes to show what a fantastic administration the club has! I wouldn't trust em to run a bath!!!

| I've never quite understood all this fuss. I am curious as to what next years shirt will be like, and my only wish is that it is in the Trinity colours and nothing like this years design. Beyond that, I find myself able to get through life without knowing what the shirt looks like or being limited to one design before Christmas. You would think the club was contemplating shutting the place down or something.
