So even if neither us actually did the work we are saying we will NCP wins and even if we both do the work we promise NCP wins.
With the work NCP passes everything a stadium needs, Better or not Newmarket will pass those same criteria and that is all that counts in the grander scheme of things.
I will say that we have plans for a new south stand at which point NCP wil be no diffrent from The HJ our old West stand aside.'"
You are being a little paranoid here mate to be honest. I don't think one person is questioning NCP or Hull KR continued existence in SL in anyway. This is about Wakefield coming up to a similar standard as NCP and the questions that should raise at the RFL and not about trying to drag NCP or HKR down.

Well done, you win at life, SL and the internet.

| One thing that I don't think has been mentioned was that it was great to have the players spread around the room interacting with the fans. I was sat next to Rinaldi and as I already expected he was a top bloke and offered to buy the people on the table drinks on a couple of occasions. He also answered any questions that me and others had including an interesting one from my girlfriend regarding the best and worst refs. Our table was next to the one with Luke George on and he seemed to be getting on well with the people on his table so I am wondering if everyone else got on well with the player on their table.

It was a good idea and seemed to work well; did anyone notice how often they said "See you on Sunday?" I think they were well briefed by Alf - it's all about creating a personal connection between fans and players and a sense of reciprocity. If it continues and is developed further, all good stuff.
I had a quick chat with Tommy Lee afterwards; I asked him if he knew what he was getting into when he joined Trinity and he replied, without hesitation "totally - it's the best season I've ever had, I'm loving it!"

| I can now see no reason why the RFL shouldnt give us a licence for the next three years, although through past experience they could come up with anything!! and for that reason (Dragons den mode..) I'm sick to death of franchising and what it means!!! I cant see why we have to go through this torture whilst July waiting and waiting to see we somehow manage to get one or not...

| It's great to see, more details of the redevelopment, with AG putting half a million in, to make this happen and it can start in August, with the total build time being a month, is really great news. Also it's good to see, we are looking at keeping, more of our youngsters at the club and with the creation of a new youth recruitment and Academy, is the way to build for the future.

its not all doom and gloom we have a passionate captain at the helm just hope the RFL lets us keep steering in the right direction

We gave him no choice, he did not know what hit him, he's a sound lad.
We passed up the Rinaldi table due to the smell of garlic coming from it
On a slightly different note did anyone notice Hendo's arms, swear blind i've never seen arms like that before the mans a monster.

I have always been a fan of the smell of Garlic so it was perfect for me.
As for Luke George he has always struck me as a sound lad who is always up for a laugh and interacting with the fans. His dancing as was shown at the season launch is also top notch.

| i was sat next to frankie mariano. seemed a well adjusted lad. was a bit shy, but i think they were all almost thrown into the lions den!!
for the record he said he loves it here, much better than HKR (obviously!!!) he says we are less structured, and they are encouraged to play what is in front of them (cue complaints of coaching staff....)
they are ready for hudds and know that the last 2 games has been down to mental attitude.
he was looking forward to playing against willie mason.
he also looked a lot smaller (though he was sat down) than he does on the pitch, but he does have some large biceps.
when i saw him at the break he was having a good laugh with paul johnson, and it was obvious they get on really well.
