Al, ngb4c is obviously a little bit messed up with his ideas.....Latu is alot leaner than I have ever seen him, if anything he has lost weight and become more 'solid'. |

He's not messed up and knows exactly what he's saying, he likes to "create debate" me thinks he likes the role he plays on RLfans and thats fair enough.

Technically speaking, NGB4C is correct, for Ferguson to be at a generally ideal weight he needs to be 13st. In RL terms, that is far too light for a back row forward. Latu ought to be 11st 10lb, but as a Hooker come second row he needed to bulk up some what to ensure he does not get battered around in the pack.
