Same as last month or two really. Constantly around 10 unavailable and it’s happened last few years.
Also can add Salabio to that as unavailable. Almost a full starting 13.
Injury hit Salford have 3/4 out though

Hewitt isn’t injured, he’s been recalled by Huddersfield.
Still quite the injury list but i reckon there’s also 5 of Salfords starting 13 missing so the game is still very much winnable.

I agree
It's as good a chance as we are going to get and to have any chance of survival (I know that this is very unlikely), we need to win this type of game, especially at home.
The fans can help too. Get there in good number and give the boys some support.
IF we could scrape a win on Friday and maybe v Shudds in a couple of weeks, Cas at home would become a huge game, absolutely huge.
Anyway, one game at a time and lets hope the boys can get over the line on Friday.
On a different note, why the hell is Lineham in the squad ?

| One of first jobs for the new owner is to replace all our physio, medical and sports science people. They are obviously not fit for purpose. We need a much tougher regime. get rid of all this player welfare nonsense. Injured players should have to work an 8 hour day at the ground cleaning bathrooms, painting walls, litter picking, sweeping up etc. The goal should be to get players back on the field asap, it seems now that players are taking the michael and our warm heated soft medical team are falling for it. Players are commodities and we are simply not getting maximum usage out of them. The tail is been allowed to wag the dog

I would guess there are 2 things:
1. We have no other players left to pick.
2. If we want to sell him, we need him in the shop window!

I'm not sure other clubs seeing him perform is going to help that.

1. You think we have sports science people?
2. You may not see the value of player welfare but the players will and we'll lose players without it.
3. Player with acl injury working 8 hour day? That'll get him fit
Glad you are not in charge Belly

| We had a coach a little while ago who came in and cracked the whip , we all know how that turned out . There has to be a balance obviously, and I’d like to think players are wanting to get out on the field and play for our club and not malingering whilst obviously being looked after both mentally and physically by the club .Long term or troublesome injuries can have such a detrimental effect on the person affected in any sport or walk of life for that matter ,and thank goodness the mindset has changed over the years to player welfare ,as players have a long way to go after their playing days are behind them ,and As a sport we have systems in place to help player who are struggling in these areas .

| Will be interested to see how Lyne gets on, hes been out a while and taken some flack in regards to recent performances (most of which deserved) and the rumour about a move back to Hull next year. Hoping he comes back with a point to prove

Yes because the system that has been in operation for last few years has had such beneficial effects on player performance etc. Nothing to stop player with ACL injury been made to work at the club. We have a squad containing a number of lazy malingerers who stink the place out.

I love your optimism .
I’m more of a realist - 30-6 to Salford and I hope I choke on my prediction!

| Cannot be bothered with these Friday night games I won't be going it's a joke just a couple of games on a Sunday. I used to go to all away games don't bother much anymore and it's going the same way for home games on a Friday. I got the grandsons tickets but Fridays are out one plays football so has been lost to rugby the younger one at 4 just cannot last the pace and now wants to play football so probably 2 future fans of the sport lost now along with me. Commit 6 will see me do next season and should we go down other than the odd Monday it should go back to Sunday's happy days.
