I hope that Westerman and Pitt’s were not fit to play and it was not a slight on Leigh believing we would win without them. If it was the latter then you could understand why the team underperformed because they will have thought they just needed to turn up.
The most annoying part of losing was that it reduces the money given to us because it would have been possible to finish eighth.

Typical Trinity, I'm not sure what can be done to rectify these kind of results.
Its certainly not the best result for Poaching stewardship.
Its what Trinity do best, always manage a massive disappointment after a mini revival.
I also think that plenty of home supporters will have kept an eye on today's result before deciding whether to buy a ticket for the last home game.
