Current BOD unable to grasp this concept - added to that the unpleasant IMO experience I find a visit to BV has become makes it even worse. There is a reason you don't see me at matches much these days is because I don't actually like going - I do when I can - but it's not for the pleasure.
If I could I call it a day tomorrow, I just can't - yet. |

Totally disagree I do not get all this emotional rubbish about JD he was Mr Trinity as a player but he’s no first team coach as for GM whats he done to date far too early give him more time at Dewsbury

i have not read all of this thread, but i will add my thoughts -
when salford brought tim sheens over there was a definite spike in their performances, but since he has gone back they have dropped off again. as we are short of money i would advocate bringing someone like Noble in to turn the corner and then hope we can keep the momentum going when he leaves.
it is a cheaper option than sacking webster

I never advocated bringing JD or GM in, Aston is a Championship level Coach, he's never excelled there and never bombed he's just in his element and long may it continue. |

You fall into that group of people who think great players make great Coaches and that is proven to be generally rubbish.
Personally I prefer Morrison but JD has done plenty of first team Coaching both at Keighley and Oz 
You also make the contradictory statement that Morrison hasn't done enough Coaching and in the next sentence you want Borrows and Peacock who have done none - what kind of logic is that |

I just hope that if we do lose to Leigh Webster has the decency to resign. I don't think we have the money to sack him. If we had done it when he made his defeatist comments we could have refused to pay him off and claimed misconduct and let him try to get the money through the courts. If he hangs on he will destroy the club because even if we avoid relegation we will have an even less competitive team next season and no one in their right minds will buy a season ticket and we won't be able to pay the ground rent. Barring a new wealthy owner coming out of nowhere there are only two ways the club can survive . A lucrative and unlikely cup run or a new coach who will inspire the team and bring back the disalusioned supporterssupporters.
