Having watched the Cas game pre season I feel so calm and confident about our guys I don't fear losing at all and I've been to many games in recent years on pins more in hope than anything else that we might win but this is a whole new feeling. Have to agree with a previous poster that wakefield +2pts is an absolute steal and Catalans off -2pts is crazy??? Bradford will get beat by at least 20pts.

As a general rule of thumb, early fixtures are low scoring affairs. I'd expect it'll be a close game in the first halve with plenty of errors, a lack of structure and flow to the game due to the nature of it (Widnes back in SL, two new squads, Round 1 etc).

In the second stanza, i think we'll take control and i'd expect we'd have the experienced individuals to take us to a comfortable scoreline. I think Aiton & Ali will probably cause Widnes alot of problems some of which they're unable to stop.
