| Wow sounds like DP had the lads training at Wakey on a reduced pitch the size of Bradfords, how professional is that, up the trin.

Just clutching pride from the loss. There wasn’t any tip tackles. There was a few close ones on both sides but none over horizontal.

Every side in the league train like that. We work with what we have 'cutting our cloth' by sharing the stadium with another sport. It not ideal but neither are the various slopes etc you see at other grounds. It's the same for both sides and any perceived advantage to Bradford is clearly a disadvantage when we play away.

Tbh, I think it helped us.
With the lack of our middles due to injuries/suspensions, the narrower pitch made the defence tighter and left less space.

| In some ways that was probably our best, and most enjoyable win in a perverse way. I've enjoyed most of the games, and going up to Cumbria for the first time since the late '90's, it's been a refreshing change from most of last season, but It will be good to be hopefully back up next year with house full signs at home!!

Yeah, it must be terrible having to play on a proper pitch sometimes.
Bradford had a real dig yesterday but, Trinity's patched up pack defended superbly.
The constant begging for penalties from your supporters, on every play, was disappointing.
How times have changed.

| We played really well given our injuries, but let's not get too carried away having a dig at Bradford. They had players missing too.

| I think demanding penalties or identifying a forward pass is not unique to just one club they all do it including us, it’s just part of the supporters psyche.

| I think given the players we had missing that is probably the best win we have had so far this season. It had the feel of a playoff/cup game and i liked how we played the condidtions and our game management. I hope it bodes well for later in the season.

Indeed. We probably do it less because the loud part of the crowd is behind the post instead of along side.
And I'd probably suggest Bulls are used to winning those shouts in tge 10,000+ crowd days. Not so much now

| I thought that was a really impressive performance. Understrength and poor conditions, we really stepped up and showed great determination in defending our line. I that gives us a great deal of confidence going into the next 2 games in Toulouse and at home to Featherstone the week after. Hopefully by next weekend we can get the odd body back and fingers crossed nobody got hurt yesterday.

They did well to get 3 minutes out of that.
When Rodwell and the bulls player got split open it looks like a raised arm and Elbow from Doro that was the culprit. Thankfully both players were ok but with the shot late on to a stood player been held by 2 bulls players Doro seems a real liability for them.
