I feel sorry for the very few trying, we have been the better side here tonight for a good proportion of the game only to be let down by a few gutless performers.

Dagger deserves some respect from some for this game alone, could’ve been a lot worse if it wasn’t for him… shame some of his team mates can’t match him for effort.

I think the play where Ashurst went over was from the very first (68th min) composed play on their line.

Other than that all we’ve done is kick on the 3rd tackle.

Applegarth should never have been given the job, it’s not hindsight, I spelled out how he was deficient and what a team coached by him would look like long before a ball was kicked. He’s undermined everyone above him in order to elevate his own career and it’s resulted in him being promoted beyond his capabilities!

More fool Carter for appointing him but that said Carter was happy to use Applegarth as a cheap option and a yes man!
