I may have missed this but I don’t remember seeing anything from MC regarding what we offered players or if indeed we did.

Some of you are shall we say the best fans an owner could wish for because you are happy to go along with the loss of our most marketable players without question. It also appears you are happy to go along with season after season of just surviving with little prospect of any change.
It is possible to support the team but that doesn’t make it necessary to accept everything they do especially if you feel it is to the detriment of the club’s future. I agree they saved the club 10 years ago but based on recent seasons we are slowly seeing it decline on the field.
We have a plan go with a weak squad to save money and hope to keep in touch with the bottom club and then as the season reaches its conclusion bring in players including some on loan in the hope it helps us survive.

Answering the same accusation as Cosmic Cat (maybe same person?) over on facebook this morning. Also MC had reeled off which ooc players we had made offers to, but were waiting a reply from, at the recent fans forum.

I am not on Facebook or Twitter and definitely not interested in being so therefore definitely not one of the same.

Same bit I was referring to was that only one person on here keeps repeating the same line as only one person on FB. Same guy?

Responded to a fan saying that he couldn't blame Batch fro leaving as he was offered less money saying that was simply untrue....then when asked for more details said we had offered him 10% more than his current contract.

So that's our CEO posting under his own name on the official Trinity Facebook page against someone posting behind a username on rlfans....make up your own mind what the truth is! Don't get why someone would say something is 100% right when it clearly isn't? Quite embarrassing really....

Gutted to see Batch leave by the way...probably the worst I've felt about an outgoing player since Solomona went to Bradford....just the fact it seems more a sideways move than anything else...personally think Batch is better than HKR without trying to disrespect them....if t had been a bigger club would probably have been more understandable...

Well the buck stops with him and his agent on that score , and if they feel that is the best option for his future pathway I wish him every success

Unfortunately that is and always has been our problem , we simply cannot compete with the bigger spending clubs and also players agents who imo push the players . But when one door closes another always opens , and there will be another Batch waiting in the wings to take his place at some point
