Great player but another maverick not a controller. Doubt we could afford nor interest him.

It's lost on me - he is out of contract at the end of this season...but Wire are offering him round for NEXT season.

It's surely his agent doing the offering, rather than Wire...but maybe they would be open to letting him go early - fee free - to get him off the wage bill?

I don’t get that statement... Play Tupou on the wing. That leaves Lyne and Arundel at centre. Yet your suggesting Croft is better than our wingers yet you want to select him at centre...despite having Arundel and Lyne even if you do put Tupou on wing. I just don’t see the relevance.

Maybe I’m missing your point but I’m honestly confused by what your suggesting Luppy. If we are to play our best available players Croft still wouldn’t get in.

Id play lynne n bill on wing with joe and jack in centres hence the current wingers who aint sl standard ( to me bout plsyimg better players and niether reece or biil been great recently in ) play making our back line stronger .croft is a good player and deserves to play for me i think its sad hes at oldham while kershaw and kaye play ...but i get the benifit of him playing ....but hey thats just my thoughts maybe we should stick with current wingers who offer nothing

I’m not sure our wingers offer nothing but I also don’t think the wingers are the issue. The wingers are there to score try's, the issue is we aren’t putting them in positions to be able to do so.

I don’t see the credit in playing a full back line of centres personally. Can’t remember far back when Lyne last played wing but he’s bulked up a lot since then and he’s very much a centre these days. Again playing Tupou on the wing when he’s played literally a handful of games there over the last 3/4 years seems a stretch optimistic just to fit in a young lad.

I rate Croft but to suggest playing 2 players out of natural positions to squeeze him in feels like it could do more harm than good especially in a team that’s struggling to get over the line.

I guess it’s irrelevant now as he’s put on loan. I think Croft will become a good Superleague centre and will push into the first team in 2022/2023 sealing a regular spot but for now getting him game time against adults in the championship will allow him to develop his game that bit more. I look forward to seeing how he gets on.

Luppylad we will keep on losing so no worry there .unless we play 80 mins of Rugby free of mistakes .Last week Hull scored 3 trys because of mistakes in our 25 .

So is Kershaw fully at fault? When taking a high ball how many other teams would have another player offering the catcher some protection instead of leaving the opposition free reign to put him under pressure? Yes, as a winger you'd expect him to be capable under the high ball but I've seen plenty of very good/very experienced wingers spill the ball when offered no protection by team-mates.

Given that fact also, you want to put Bill on the Wing. Strength and power are his biggest attributes, I'm not sure how confident I am with him under a high ball - how many times has he had to do it???

Our wingers would make a lot less mistakes under the high ball with some protection from their team-mates. I just don't know why we appear to be the only team who don't do that.
