So that's (if true)
Fifita
Koppy
Green
King
Tangata
Arona
Gwaze
TBH I think thats a far stronger line up than last season Hirst and a crocked England.'"
and (if true) Tangata and Green are not new to the club, they will be aware of our systems etc and what we are about as a club. They've both dipped their toe in the water.
I'd be happy with both of 'em.

I think its also worth noting that for example if we were to play Fifita, Koppy, King and Green for example as the props in the first 17 then you could have in the back row, Tanginoa, Westerman, Ashurst and Arona in the back row. That's a sizeable back row that can also gain hard yards meaning a nice spread of the workload, looks good to me. Then you could add Crowther or Batchelor for a bit of youthful enthusiasm.

You mean Tangata, Tanginoa is a permanent signing from mid season.

I think he's referring to the fact you have Tangata in second row and not Tanginoa.

Which is what we will be getting imo with Green and Tangata. Remember we still don't have any money so we need to recruit on potential not reputation ad why not its worked so far.
I've no idea how this new stand is being paid for but if it's going to be self-funded then things will only get tighter.

If I was short sighted I could become a referee!: |
|
| Assuming rumour etc come true and we are hoping to sign pitts tangata and green the real priority left is someone who can cover half back and hooker and is worth a place in the 17 regularly . I done think the 3rd choice hooker from salford is that person. We need real quality in that position and I don't know who is available. The guy from fev was mentioned a while back Cameron somebody? An aussie? Not seen enough if him to know if he can do the job but I believe he was their leading try scorer.

I'm assuming we have someone lined up. I wonder if the coaching staff rate Baily as ready for SL at least as back up. I know he's only 18 but sometimes coaches go with youth if they rate them high enough, in fact the Aussies do it all the time. I don't know enough about him to say he's ready but a three-year deal suggests somebody rates him.
If so this will show the benefits of the reserve league where he can be made ready rather than wandering around for years just training, just a thought. There will certainly be far more chances for young players to impress next season.
I've had a look on that site that we can't link and he looks very good, I know it's the highlights and it Academy level but he's big, strong, quick and has all the moves.

| I'm sure one of those players brandidhec about last week was a half back who could play hooker, cant remember his name though without trawling back through all the comments etc
Also, is there something in the fact that on the same day that came out, Wakefield shared a video clip from 2017, with Sam Williams in a starring role. Doubt he would come back but you never know

| Thought Randel was playing a lot better than Wood at back end of season , so to bring some one in to play as second choice to Wood is a backward step .

Josh Wood got Salfords Young Player of the Year 2018 and their Players Player 2018 but has been injured part of this season.

| Just read back on the report of the 13 NRL players offered out.
Ryley Jacks was the half who could play hooker, the other halves were Williams, Reynolds and Mason Lino
A little closer to home. I read earlier that Dec Pattom was being released by Warrington
