MC did an interview with TalkSport this week and said something along the lines of he had been in contact with council employees who have asked him to be patient (like he hasn't been already!), things are happening in the background, he hopes to release news soon. Admitted that if nothing happens quickly we will once again look down other avenues.

MC was asked about developments on the SL show, he said there should be some news in the near future.

He also stated that negotiations were suspended during the local election period, but should be resumed shortly. He looked quite upbeat during the interview, but that may be because it was done in the wake of a majestic second half performance.
