Regarding kick off time I can see it being delayed till normal kick off time due to a crafty little bugger called the M62.

Only if the team bus is caught up in it, the 2 supporters taxis won’t trouble the KO

No delay at KR last week and there were hundreds of folk that missed the kick off and/or turned round

Well a win is a win. Child killed us with that last penalty, that happens 5 or 6 times a game. A lot of work to do.

Eddie still can't help himself. He's gutted. As an aside where the hell is the match analysis. Does it always just end like that when Trinity play?

A win is a win but our line speed at times in the second half was very slow and Salford made easy yards and their half backs were allowed too much freedom.

It’s early season and conditions weren’t great but I was surprised how well Salford kept going in the second half given they had to do a lot of defending in the first.

Scott Grix and the missed kicks from o’brien allowed us to sneak home we have some work to do

Nah we were nowhere near our best but at this stage of the season, while the teams are still trying to hit their straps, I'll take it. For me, we should have been further ahead at halftime if we'd have been a little bit slicker in attack but as Tricky says conditions weren't great. CC won't be happy with the Lui try where he went in untouched and Pauli will be gutted he couldn't have gone over. Great tackle by Grixy on the Salford wing near the end of the game though. Again much to work on, personally, I can't wait till the weather picks up not just cause it's freezing but I think that's' when we'll see the best from the side. I thought we'd have a bit of a field day down their flanks but their defense seemed to have improved massively compared to the Wigan highlights I saw.

I'll take the win but probably the best team lost tonight.

We certainly wasn't at our best tonight that is for sure. Far from it.

A win though is a win, and would take that any day of the week.

If we have top 4 aspirations we need to be better than that.

The defence on our left edge was very worrying.

Thought Rocky was class when he came on, and don't think it will be long before he is pressurising Miller and Finn for a starting spot.

We should have had more points in first half.
We really missed big Dave when he went off
Not keen on some of TJs positioning in defence.
And I hope PP doesn't turn in to a Tautai. Needs to keep old of the ball.

Grix was excellent.
Hampshire, Finn and Hampshire all showed great touches.
Glad Huby is back.
Wood was very good at acting halfback. He just keeps improving

So overall we didn't do badly. Salford are not mugs.
At least we held on under pressure when we weren't at our best.
Training will be tough this week.
