I dont get this bagging Kirmo all of a sudden.

Is it a pure coincidence that our good run earlier in the seasin happened when Kirmo was fit and playing.

Unfortunately injuries are starting to take its toll on his body and really the same with Mariano. So I wouldnt bring him in to replace Kirmo.

What I would do though is look at a new captain for next year. It is unlikely he will be fit for the start of the season. Last night as well as the last few weeks that despite experienced players we have no leaders when he doesnt play.

We have no vocal leader when Danny does play. Chester has identified the need to recruit some more vocal players as the current squad are a quiet bunch

I can think of some useless supporters we ought to get rid of too.

Like I said before you were totally wrong about how many games Kirmond has played V Mariano & imo it was in poor taste to single him out considering what's just happened to him.

You say that he can play but, Powell wouldn't get rid if he was as good as you think.

Weve had a number of Ex Cas players over the last few seasons but, only Arundell and Finn have come up to scratch.

The stats department on paper yes. I'd like to see how many games Kirmond has been forced to play when he's not been fit. IMO he's either not been fit since his inclusion into the dream team. Hard working tackler YES, blockbusting line breaking second rower that every other team in SL has a couple of......... A resounding NO.
Anyway I'm bored of this now, Mariano is a better player IMO, I'll just leave it at that.

Both players have had their highs and lows in the last few years but both now are injury prone and maybe we need to be moving or trying to move to the next level regarding players.
I hope Danny makes a full recovery and is able to continue playing.

Yep agree with that and the highlighted bit in this is the important thing, whether it's here or elsewhere.

Gibsons not been given a real chance yet due to his injury.
