So the developer who now owns Superbowl and the gym are known for the small retail parks with a mini-mart/Starbucks/petrol station type set-up; if that fronts a redeveloped BV, it could be a win for everyone - a historic, but newly fit for purpose stadium, with additional facilities on the doorstep - add that to the rumoured car park nearby and all of a sudden, MC looks like a fecking genius.

You have just answered your own question....it would appear that box and his sycophants have shown greater diligence with the cas development than they did(and this is an important point to remember)for the community stadium in wakefield that would have benefited the whole area.
