Sounds like Wigan played some quality stuff and we couldn't handle it, a bit like last week.
As good (and unlikely) a win would've been tonight, the younger guys will have gained some invaluable experience. I for one, am glad to see Chester giving opportunities, even if they are forced.

| No hope the players and MC doesnt feel the same.
MC did say that us averaging above a certain crowd figure would depend on whether we soend the fulk cap or not.
A few fans deciding to stay at home could be the difference of us having someone like Jeremy Smith (2011) getting a contract or a Jamie Soward in our squad. Who would you prefer.
Get behind your club.

| Even given the adversity that tonight was shocking. Some of the bigger name players were the worst offenders and for me Scruton may as well go on his holidays now and Tupou can retire for me, he's offering nothing.
All we are doing now is making up the numbers for the next two months. Coupled with the fact that injuries or not we've conceded 160 points in the last 3 games then it's hardly going to tempt people through the gates and to be honest i don't blame them one bit. The system needs looking at.

| The attendance would suggest some Wigan fans think the super 8's are a waste of time as well. Bad time to come up against a wounded Wigan team when you were busted and with realistically very little to play for.

| I am afraid we are in the entertainment sector which is very crowded, all wanting a cut of any spare money people have. We accept that following Wakefield means we have a low entertainment threshold and losing very heavily is accepted providing we can see some glimmer of hope for better.
I have no idea when or if any of our injured players are due back nor do I know if Harris will ever play for us. I know some expect that we are doing Warrington a favour but if so why did we not try to sign a second forward on loan because Harris should be costing us nothing.
I find it very annoying when people try to blame the supporters for any failures at the club. IT is easy to say that if we had higher attendances then all would be well but the revenue generated by us is only part of what the club receives from SL, Sky and sponsorship. It probably represents less than 50% of the clubs total income which will only decrease if we move to Dewsbury.
The club will shortly be looking to sell season tickets and to encourage supporters there must be something positive or I fear sales will fall.

| How many times do you have to bring up the Harrison situation? Go ask Tony Smith, Chris Chester, and MC! Sick of hearing about it.

Scorlett, get it right if you're having a pop, it's Harrison not Harris. Hope that helps?

Totally agree. Hopefully next week we will see some improved defensive application because we can't have a culture where such scorelines are accepted and excused whatever the circumstances

| Will we win a game in the 8s
Just pleased to be in them because the middle 8s in our present form would result in the M P G.
Trinity have rode the luck all season, we have been fortunate.

We have, but there's been plenty of seasons when we haven't been so I'll take the now rather than when it mattered.

| I agree about the comments of us being in the "entertainment" industry. However, to say that following Wakefield means that you have a low entertainment threshold is just wrong.
When we have beaten, Leeds, Wigan, Warrington, Catalan (twice) etc, etc. Nobody can say that we haven't been good value this season.
Having said that, if we go winless through the Super 8's, it will have a detrimental effect on season ticket sales.
Much as none of us want to be anywhere near the MPG, having a decent run in the middle 8's would be better for keeping interest among the fans, rather than a losing run in the more difficult super 8's.
Mind you, Cas showed last night that the Super 8's is not meaningless by scalping FC !
Let's get down to BV next week and support the boys (literally in some cases ) and see if we cant cause a few more upsets !

He a good game, and without watching it back he seemed to get most decisions right. Probably the easiest game he'll ever have though.

| It's Scarlet by the way minjer but my question still remains valid, why did we not sign a second player on loan. I suppose you could tweet your pal the boss who may furnish you with an answer.

| Was there the money to get a second loan player? Trinity loaned out Walker again and are thin on the ground ....was that to get him match fit or off the wage bill?
