| Took some time before the officials realised all the help they were giving Wigan was to no avail. Charge down??? FFS!
Well done Cas.

| Yup, great effort from Cas. Im putting rivalry aside atm, they are playing great RL and deserve a bit of grudging kudos.

| Good grief, can you imagine the congratulations we'd be getting from our friends over the common if we'd been in that position today? Yeah exactly, whoever they play in the semi's, stuff it up em! And Wakey fans, shake your heads, these idiots will be gloating at the end of the season if we go down.

| Like it or not, Cas outplayed Wigan today in every dept; a thoroughly deserved win, despite the official's best efforts.
Funny to hear Shaun Wane say in his post-match interview that Cas were allowed to lay on at the ruck; I believe that shortly afterwards, a pot declared that a kettle was black.

| Because you are in the minority, apart from one or two sensible posters all we get is garbage from Cas fans, take a look at the Nutjobs forum and they're practically wetting theirselves that we have another CCJ against us, you may be in the minority mate but the majority are creaming themselves at our predicament.

I think it's a case of the 'silent majority' - most of us aren't 'creaming ourselves' when you consider that we've been down twice in the past 10 years - we know how crap it is. I think a few idiot fans hold grudges from 2006 when you relegated us, which is pointless.

| There's a good "Six Nations 2012 clip trailer, banned on BBC Sport", easily found on line that illustrates the relationship between inferiority complexes and schadenfreude.
The Cas fans on the Nut Job Forum and Scots football fans exhibit these emotions.

It's about time the so called 'lesser clubs' stuffed it up a big 4.
Instead of Cas and Wake fans bickering amongst themselves.
Wake should be looking to try and follow the example of Cas by trying to change the balance of power.
How many times has the RFL tried to get us to merge, as we are not considered 'big' clubs.
I for one hope Cas go all the way and if Widnes get there all the better.
Like someone posted, a Cas v Widnes Final is what the game needs.
To prove there is life outside the big 4.
I personally am a bit tired of Leeds being on Sky most Fridays.

Btw, excellent win today, thoroughly deserved and I've won a few bob
Remembering those dark days of the championship games and going to far flung places like barrow, Gateshead and Whitehaven and the relegation games, crap seasons where we barely competed makes us savour days like yesterday even more, still it was only a 1/4 final and tougher challenges lie ahead but I am glad to see the sensible ones amongst you were wanting us to beat wigan ( I wouldn't expect you to cheer for us) Good luck for the rest of the season and I do hope you stay up which has been my view consistently unless it was at the expense of us

The whole six people who contributed to that thread since mention of the CCJ out of 2.5k members, or even 0.2% of the forum. Even then, some have mentioned other things. Hardly creaming themselves. Most of us couldn't be concerned - more concerned about getting by the quarter-final yesterday.

I think a lot of people hold animosity from the bitter spats that have resulted from the 'great stadia' race and the media's intent on playing both clubs against each other. Indeed, it became more about a points-scoring exercise. I, like many other fans from both sides, will probably be glad that it comes down to the rugby, which matters most.

Why would any supporter of Cas on there be bothered about us at the moment or at any time to be honest? Cas are doing amazingly well and look like they could do big things going forward. Dont get some of the daft bitterness going both ways at times.
