| Surely Agar now has just mondays game to try and save his job. The performances just haven't been good enough for a long time now and our board of directors have to act, doing nothing is not an option. Yes it will cost to remove him but can we afford to keep him? People will vote with their feet and stop spending in the shop and relegation would cost the club more. It's a long shot as i feel Huddersfield will win comfortably but it now is win or bust for our coach.

| So what's your measure Sixtogo?
If it's win or sack we might as well push him now. There is no win coming.
What performance would make you give him more time?

| My measure is only a win will do, if the game wasn't so close i'd get rid now. Since he joined us as coach Agar has managed 25 wins 66 games against superleague opposition. An overall win percentage of under 38% isn't good enough i'm afraid and if you take away that 7 game winning run in 2012 then it drops to around 30% of all other games. It is a results business and it's time for a new set of ideas.

| I think given Michael Carters no nonsense approach that if he had an option Richard Agar would be long gone by now but what can the man do when he has been stitched up by the contract extension. I don't know how a pay off is calculated but would be interested to know how much it would actually cost.

True enough. Some would say give him a little longer but I think it has gone past the point of no return.
We must also remember that whoever comes in needs time to sort this mess out.
So for me its get rid now and give the new bloke as many games as possible to get some wins.

| I don't believe Richard agar will ever get sacked by the club, I reckon we are stuck with him basically because the club gave him a three year extension! So anyone who thinks he has one or two games to prove himself is way out!!

| I think we are stuck with him due to that contract extension and he sure as hell wont quit his role no matter how much we protest.Just look how much verbal abuse he got at Hull and still carried on until his contract ran out.

That tells us everything we need to know about Agar. Even in our worst times there always felt like a result completely against logic was possible however unlikely. Headingley one Easter after getting tubbed by London 70pts plus etc. Doesn't feel like that now.

| Get Brian Noble in at Wakey. He would do a good job for you.

Not sure he'd accept peanuts as a form of renumeration. Wouldn't be a fan of such an appointment but beggars can't be choosers. As a temporary measure it may suffice. Morrison would be my choice.

| Agar will be tough to shift because this is probably his last employment as a head coach at the top level.

| That's correct without doubt his last job as head coach in SL.
The fact is he will never walk and he will never be sacked and paid off, the club simply cant afford to go down that route.....now Hetherington is pulling the strings there is not a cat in hell's chance he will go anytime before his contract is up....In fact he will probably get an extention if he avoids relegation.....
Get used to it because it isn't going to change.....

Well the club had better get used to dwindling crowds and disgruntled supporters then cos me and many others aren't gonna come anymore. Why should we spend our hard earned watching a team concede defeat in the same manner week after week with problems not addressed? We found a winning formula and began to look pretty decent up to and including the Sts game and we thought at last we're making progress but oh no, even if you play well lads I've got to get my favourites back in, you'll have to make way! I only live 5 miles from Huddersfield and would normally be going tomorrow but as I'm totally hacked off with the current situation I will not be going, I've had enough of this man and his unfathomable so called coaching.

Just hope beyond hope I win that lotto on Tuesday- here we are x million £ one stipulation AGAR OUT if not I walk away for ever.
Under Agar we have never been able to defend anything like and that will continue while he is with the club.
