When we beat Cas at WR they never peppered the wingers (undoubtedly a week point in our game) with kicks and Chase was either missing, sulking or stopping himself being Cas best player most of the game.
Today that wasnt the case and I would guess that Powell had something to do with that change.

Ellis at 9, Aiton at 7 Smith 6 of vice versa., Lee Smith centre..no Lynne, a lot of our recent problems improved I would suspect. The point is, Agar let em go...very badly advised in my opinion

It's got to be said, the basic rugby errors that we made this game was unreal, the kind of skills you learn as a 10 year old just weren't up to the mark. Sloppy penalties, falling off tackles, poor tackling technique, passes going behind the player, poor kicks etc etc.

I really did think we were starting to turn around a couple of weeks ago with back to back wins but the last 3 performances are alarming to say the least.

At least Trinity have progressed from conceding 28 points per match during Agar's tenure to 46 in the last 2. Glad I went to York instead of Manchester, where oddly enough I spotted Andy Ellis. Wigan next up!

That was embarrassing, Tautai apart they should be ashamed of themselves. And Tim Smiths 'effort' was disgusting. No desire to bend their backs at all, and Collis apart never showed anything resembling a coheshive attack.

It was obviously early doors that Cas were going wide, so why didn't Agar change the ststem to stop our defence compressing so tightly? Probably because he is clueless. To many forwards on the bench as well so unable to shake up the attack. He is on borrowed time for me.

Exactly!! Too very different Cas performances.

Either way I would guess that you would have to look at the stats and see that today's individual error count was higher that at WR and completely unacceptable.

One word sums today's performance up "embarrassing" if the coach and players can't get themselves up for a derby game then they need a kick up the jacksie. 2 games against teams we should have a chance of beating and nearly 100 points conceded. It's pathetic, we hear all about the team spirit, but where is it when they cross the line to play? Only one team looked like a team today and it wasn't us

We played like today till round 18 I think. Then something that now appears to have been a flash in the pan, probably brought about by the fact that there are some good individual players that not even Agar can F up every match, happened and we got our tails up. Now we have reverted to where we were for 2/3 of last season...worse...we have spent some money now. Tautai can't have come cheaply (I would imagine every SL coach in the game saying ey up after today too)...and we are worse. Sorry Kinleycat, I have tried to give Agar some credit when we did ok but the pattern looks set fo me. Highly inconsisten, highly disorgnaised, cannot get a defence sorted out. It is time to start looking for a decent replacement. Everything the Hull fans said has proved spot on

The one and only time we kicked towards Carney we left him and Chase stranded, if i can see it why can't the coaching staff.
