| Quote: Adeybull "No hatred at all towards either Wakefield, or the numerous Wakefield fans I have got one fine with over the years.
But those posters on here, and elsewhere, who have delighted in Bradford's difficulties, or sought to take the moral high ground over things like "our adminstration was fairer than yours" - or over sponsorship - should not be surprised if I point out the hypocrisy?'"
I note that your avatar is 'Troll Spray' and not 'Anti-Troll Spray' - does that sum up your recent contributions?
For an intelligent poster you appear to have defficincies in the social skill of separating those who are 'helpful' and those who are not - with the result being that you appear to have tarred all of us with the same brush - willingly or otherwise.
Most of us on here wished to try and offer the benefit of hindsight to the situation your club went through; Most of us sympathise with the supporters going through these situations; Many of of thought little of the previous admin at the Bulls and the way they attempted to manipulate both the game and the fans. But you've moved on, got new owners and share many similarities with us now as our clubs try to re-establish themselves at the top level of the game - something neither of us have a god-given right to.
So, in order to avoid being labelled by many in the way I have alluded above, please consider your posts more carefully and indeed the people they are directed towards.
There is a way forward if you want it!

Is it ok if I point out that you're a supercilious, arrogant berk who is incapable of objectivity?

| Would Adeybull care to point out what Wildcats have done wrong. Its one of their sponsors who's in trouble, not the club. A bit of accurate objectivity is called for I think.

bit of mud slinging as Bradford took on loan sharks as their main sponsors and he's still up his REMOVED NO NEED at the way we feel as the Bulls got treated so well last year

I'm the same, I err found a load of copper wire round Castleford a few months ago - only got 2k for it!

| Eric France always sponsored us on long deals first time midway through 2006 (million pound game season) and renewed 2011 both times we're not sure of SL status but they stuck by us but don't think it was a massive deal. Now we've chance to get a better deal a better networking system with businesses do who will our new sponsor be. Ever build ? Fleetmaster? One of the city's biggest employers Coca Cola? or the one that wont go away clipper Logistics ? Either way EF going bust is an inconvenience but may also be a blessing

I'm actually embarrassed for you, you've turned into a complete joke.

| Quote: jammle "My take on this is as from december 3rd last year ALL scrap transactions had to be logged with I.D. (photo license and utility bill), so HMRC could collect the taxes owed to them and go after the unscrupulous scrap dealers that havn't been paying the correct tax. This figure (22M) must be historical debt calculated on an assumption of previous turnover since december.
Watch this space for more scrap dealers getting into the same boat.
They wont be the last.'"
The drive up with scrap metal and leave with some cash aspect of the business was only a very small part of how France made his money.
Jonathan France was heavily involved in exporting scrap from countries outside if Europe, particularly South America, to other booming markets.
I believe this aspect of the business was where his last issues occurred which lead to his previous rub ins with the tax man, the sums of money being quoted that he owes I anticipate that these areas of his business will be a significant contributing factor again.

I agree. I assume they've already paid some money up front too.
It all depends who and how quickly we get them on board.
Let's see the guy from Michael Page earn his money now. Well connected guy.

| If this is handled correctly, it could be a good opportunity - since the France deal was made, the currency of the brand has increased in value and the club has attracted some well connected people. A bit of fancy footwork and some creative thinking around kit branding could see a much more attractive main sponsor on board.
I'd be inviting the great and the good of Wakefield down to BV for an event - watch a training session, presentation by the commercial bods and a free lunch; get them all in the same room and offer the opportunity, create a sense of competition amongst them and introduce some scarcity value.
That's unless Fozzard is coming to us, with a big sponsorship deal burning a hole in his pocket.

| The thing as well is we don't have to recoup the money all from the same company. The Eric France deal wasn't the best paid one out there and they got plenty for it, front of shirt, back of shirt, training gear & other merchandise, main stand etc. This can if need be be split up to maximise revenue to the club whilst not making the initial outlay too high for the sponsor.
Unless there is someone out there who wants to throw a fortune at us for the whole job lot!
