Sounded like we made hard work of it and should have been out of sight by half time but a win is what we needed.

One things for sure, we'll need to take every chance we get next week.

Cant moan about nilling London down there. Excellent result. We are a good attacking team, that is not a problem. But we must have done well defensively to stop them from getting over. Which is an improvement surely?

They're probably one of the two worst teams in SL and by some distance, let's hope the players and coaching staff aren't overjoyed by it. Listening on radio I can't remember a SL game where a team actually spent as much time on the opposition line as we did today, London should have been done in and out on their feet by h/t but it sounds like we made life hard for ourselves and 28-0 as good as it looks doesn't sound like enough reward for effort to me.

Call me critical but we probably won't have another game as easy as that all season and many more in which we'll get beat with similar performances.

Iam sure we will work on the areas we were poor in during the week. But to nil London in the capital is very good, and i would be surprised if Agar is not happy about that. It is an improvement on our team defence which is not great a lot of the time.

We needed to be more clinical in the first half and seemed to over complicate things, saying that all the pressure told out in the end and we were much better in the second half and put 22 points on them.

There's always room for improvement but you can't knock a win down in the Capital, also shutting them out all game, 2 wins out of 3 is also pleasing.

Jesus man you are the epitomy of fickle I don't know about critical and all this wisdom gleaned from the radio - I love the way your warning us as if we couldn't work it out ourselves but thanks anyway. Strange also that they are now one of the worst teams in the comp now we have beaten them yet this time last week they were a hard team to beat. Or a defeatist - I have no issue with people keeping their powder dry, I for one rarely attempt to predict matches or seasons either way. However willful negativity is just as bad as blind optimism IMHO.

Any team in SL is a potential threat to us because we are not yet a 'top team'. Therefore to beat a team 28 nil away from home, is for me, a great result. Nobody is beating the drum saying 'that's it were now a top four team' but surely a little pat on the back is due to the players! (and coaches) and a little celebration is in order for the fans!

Spot on, how could we mere mortals not see that - but give the misery sages their moment if it keeps them happy.
