| I've always thought 12k or 15k to actually lack ambition. I know I said this a few years ago when we were averaging 5k. Yet if you look at now, we are over 8k average and growing, no doubt plenty more next season.
With a team on the rise and fresh interest in a new stadium then I fear 12k could be a sellout on not too infrequent an occasion. A stadium full to capacity is great for atmosphere. Yet it is not good for maximising revenue which is what we need to do.

Altough I understand where you are coming from, equally, i'm sure that Mr Glover & Co would snap your hand off for a 10k average and some sell outs.
I think 15k would be planty for the short to medium term and if things do go to plan, then hopefully there woud be some way of adding a tier etc.

When that day comes, they'll just have to build a second tier!

15K certainly isn’t a lack of ambition. Warrington are hardly selling out the HJ every week and I suspect there are only a few SL clubs who could push towards the 20K barrier regularly.
Besides, it’s not as if there is a choice on the matter. It all comes down to money and considering somebody else is footing the bill I doubt Trinity have much say on the matter. If the funding can be obtained it will be 15K, if not hen it will be 12K.

I stand to be corrected on this, but I believe it will be on the right hand side when travelling towards Methley, just where the old railway tracks go over the road.

Hi Khlav, I appreciate the finances aren't up to us and I (we) are very grateful for this.
I don't apologise for my ambition for our club. I know we are not in the 1960's anymore but we used to get crowds over 20k then. We are in a catchment area comparable to Wigan. Long term I think we can regain dizzy heights again. Having the infrastructure can't do any harm.
Every journey begins with one step.

| Me again.
Yeah we do really have the potential and it really irritates me as one who remembers the late fifties and sixties to be referred to constantly as a little club.
People on the VT even talk about our small catchment area without doing any geographical research.
I hope I live long enough to see us be a big club again
Oh how I would gloat.
Yes I would sink to such low depths after all the pain I/we have endured.

| Just realised you cannot really have low depths.
Time for a beer.

These are the outline planning drawings. The reserved matters drawings and layouts will probably change from these a little but the stadium complex will probably remain round and about where it is shown here.
On this developable plot areas plan you can see the proposed laid over the existing -
