Because I am deliberately obtuse.

1. Never heard of any safety issues, unless your Chairman selling the ground out from under you (to himself - don't ask) is considered a safety issue.

2. The property developers who were due to buy BV pulled out some time ago.

3. The new owners appear to be the Bank of Ireland; it would seem that AG either has or is in the process of, buying it from them.
