after watching my little un playing and listening to the parents i can agree..i stand away and speak to him after a game, the worst imho are the women who mostly don't understand the rules..apart from hunslet warriors who don't understand anything! probs cause reading is beyond them so the rules don't count!

New Yorkshire juniors web page now up & running . Only had a quick look - 2 weeks of fixtures on - hurrah !

and as if by magic the under 9s have vanished

when you go into fixtures in time frame press all and they come up

Under 11's - crigg 28,shaw cross 12. Cracking game , really tight early on but both teams chucked it about well with some big tackles going in . Criggs defence was probably the difference in the end , however having 4 subs makes a nice change to the other teams none . All the new lads played well again today, so it's looking like a good strong squad at the moment .

just got back from hunslet parkside where stanley u13s took a hiding 30-0,
the result didn't show the better effort that they put in and the quality of poor reffing from a young lad that, one couldn't keep up with play and two only gave one offside in the game and that was from a kick, hunslet was far the better side in defense coming up as a unit which gave us no chance in attack, hats off the lads for never stopping,

the game was marred by a spinal injury to one of our lads, with two mins to go the game was blown up early, it took an eternity for the ambulance to arrive and then couldn't find the entrance of where to go, this needs addressing,

from what I saw he seemed to be very sore and was moving his legs
