hang on you were defending troncs decision some people are angry he went back on his word , deal with this the cowboys had little faith in him so ditched him for another player wakey signed him and he picked up his game possibly due to the confidence installed by the wakey deal. by the time the cowboys released that he was a prospect they did what?... houndered the contracts they already had because that is life.
Brisbane could of had him but they thought more of other players then they lose a couple for the season and in good old salary cap dogging style de-register them to make way for tronc who as dreamt of playing for brisbane until october then if the other 2 players recover there will be no room on the cap for him .

i hope we never sign another overseas player because since Ray Bexendale came in 81 we have signed so much dross and being let down so many times its unreal I do not no now many we have had but very few were any better than British based players i could name about 12 that have being worth having

I don't disagree we have been let down sometimes but this list were all seriously better than what we had and some changed the direction of the club considerably.
