I thought his kicking was poor - Sam Obst punished them a lot more.

| Quote: Walrus "To be fair to jonh when we got home after the match we all thought Wakey was immense. We then watched it on sky and the game did look a lot poorer from both sides with kr looking pants. All the sky commentators were repeatidly suggesting that neither team wanted to have a go and just wanted the game to end to get into the playoffs un harmed etc. They referred to obst kicking the ball out on the last tackle numerous times rather than us having an attack as another sign that we weren't interested.
On sky it always seems a very different game to when you are there.
That said you can only beat what's in front of you and to beat kr who had won their last 5 was fantastic for us IMO and validates our position.
Come on hudds!'"
I was there. haven't seen it on sky. To say that Trinity weren't up for it is just dumb - our defence for the most part was very strong.

I'm pretty sure he is a Wakey fan and he means Wakey's defence.

I think you're labouring under a major misapprehension. If you're not, I don't understand waht you're on about

| Well done Wakey, best Team won on the day, thought it might have been 3rd time lucky at your place but not to be.
Good Luck (ish) in the Play Offs.

| Considering the quality on show it was a very poor game IMO but I wish Cas v Celtic had been half as good

| I thought wakey played about as well as they had to, we were awful and as such allowed wakey to play a containment game, kicking into the corner, knowing full well we'd bomb the next play and not complete a set. Why should you have gone for the jugular, I'm sure if we had been playing at full tilt we'd have seen a more agressive kicking game from your team.
As for Sky not giving you any credit, then your not alone, we still had Stevo spouting we were rubbish when we put 40 odd past wire last week and how wire were unlicky, tired or not bothered. add to that the fact that we beat saints at saints, then having to add 'but it was only by a point!!!'.
I just hope that a team like ours or yours do go all the way this year and see the back tracking from the pundits then.
