Not sure of the point you're trying to make, but the second sentance is the one that will ultimately render the first sentence worthless.
Still like you said you can affect the players desire to stay by how you treat and what you offer them, the stadium is sadly out of everyone's hands. |

The thought of having a full team of home grown players is great.
Even better running out on to the pitch with a new stadium or upgraded BV that is packed to the rafters.

Dunno. I am also always impressed by how much he genuinely cares about the club. He looked like he was working his socks off today. We have our problems with the ground situation but I have a lot of faith in Michael Carter. We have had some schmucks running our club but for once I think we have a good Chairman and owner |

We could not wish for a better Chairman than MC but all this good/exceptional/great news and news on the player/signing news has become boring to say the least. Tell us when there is news otherwise don't say anything as I would say that for the most part we are all ardent fans of the club and anyone not would probs not be looking on Twitter/facebook etc for any news
