The reason we're no closer to the trigger point is because WMDC conspired with YCP to take Newcold out of the UU; it therefore did not contribute to the required acreage to trigger their obligation to do what HM inspector told them they had to do in order to develop that land.

A letter of intent should focus on that - as it's the murkiest part of the whole thing so far, especially with WMDC's mysterious legal advice, which Peter Box is on record as saying they took, but they've never actually been able, or willing, to provide any evidence of; because it was a lie.

M88 might want to build say 120 houses on BV/Super Bowl but can't because WT have to have somewhere to play. So they get together with York Court , surely looking to make amends for ripping off the people of Wakefield and WMDC , the top sporting local authority in the UK (sic) they all put in and we get a new, new stadium somewhere in Wakefield..

Seriously though, are you 100% sure that 88M are now the owners of the leasehold on the land where BV sits and they are the new Landlords for WTW (or just WT from next year )

Sooooooo, you can't confirm 100% that they are the new landlord and owner of the leashold for the land the BV sits on then

It's in 88M's interest to make as much money from the BV site as possible, that is all. Best way to do that is to work with the council to ensure any future applications don't involve a planning condition imposed on it, not working with any other company to provide a stadium.

Contracts have been exchanged on the sale of the Freehold of BV to M88. Completion expected early Sept.
