Think he made a fair point ,Gale is no longer a top player ,but in the 2 games he will have played for us this season ,as shown he was the best half we had .We find out self going into the Championship because over the last 4 year we have just been signing good S L players who have been over the hill when they get here ,and a lot as the playmaker of the team .D Brough ,Gaskell now Gale i could name a lot more. We are not in the position were we can sign a player and have him out for 7 or 8 week .When are we going to learn old players and S L is a no go Gutted as Gale just opened the door a bit to stop us from relegation But do think we have got to look at the way they are been trained ,or the back room staff who,s job it is to keep them fit

If so you have got it all wrong, the club needs someone who isn't conned by ruthless agents and is able to recognise garbage when it is offered. Perhaps if the bloke had decided to employ the services of someone who actually knew something about rugby League , the squad would be far more competitive.
Michael Carter may have many admirable qualities but knowledge of rugby league is not one of them, his past three years as self appointed CEO and rugby director is proof of that.'"

Have they not learnt from Brough and Gaskell the risk of signing a 30+ year old halfback is my point.

| Anyone know how many injuries we have had over the last 3 years that have occurred during training? It seems be happening more often with us. Is Lino suspended as some have suggested or injured? If injured after the Wigan game we could go and ask Wigan for Ryan Hampshire to plug the gap for now. Oh wait I don't think that will happen for obvious reasons.

I'd heard that the tweet he sent had been sent to the management and it was been investigated.
A bit stupid by him it was, as the ink was barely dry on a new deal.
We are in a bit of a pickle here, and may have to look at bringing someone in.
One half back in the NRL, not getting any game time, is Sam Walker, son of Ben, the ex Leeds player. He was also born in Leeds, so wouldn't count on the quota.

Do not know who decided to let Hampshire go,but think that bad decision ,as only been passed by the decision to keep Chester on two year to long ,and picking the presents Coach

| I like Hampshire but it's not like he's an organising half back. He's just more of what we've got.

Oh come on. Hampshire is just a solid player who offers great utility value. If Gale was fit nobody would even raise his name. I know he has a small supporting cheer squad on here but he only ever gets discussed when we have injuries.

We always have injuries, most of which appear to be not game related. What happened to all those players that were ready to return two weeks ago. I guess we are adopting a war mentality “loose lips sink ships” but it would be good to know when or if we will see any players return.
